Cellulite-Burning Exercises Work Wonders on Women

Before we get into the good stuff about cellulite-burning exercises, we need to start from the right place. And that is with some facts. Once we are straight on the facts the rest of this masterpiece article will make some profound sense to you and help you in ways you never thought possible.

First things first:

There are no such thing as cellulite-burning exercises.

See, the term “cellulite” is a descriptive word coined back in the 1970’s, in a European beauty spa, to give a name to the dimples and shadows on the lower body trouble zones of women…. i.e; the butt, hips, thighs and legs.

Use of the made-up word took on a false meaning as it spread through Europe and then into all other major countries. The descriptive word became a phantom noun as beauty companies and women both perpetuated the creation of this non-existent “thing”.

This “thing” took on several major forms – which, to this day still confuses the B-jezus out of all women.

Here are some of the things which cellulite is supposed to be (but remember it is NOT any of them because it’s only a word which describes the dimples, bumps and shadows which are visible on the outermost layer of skin).

1) Pockets of fat caught between bands of connective tissue. (Hahahahahaaaaaaa….)
2) Build-up of toxins and waste products caught in the fat layers of the skin. (LOL, what??)
3) Lumpy fat deposits that are retaining excess water. (OMG, seriously??!!)

And there are a few more other crazy ones – but you get the idea right?

So, what does this mean?

By becoming “something” – beauty companies, medi-spa services and cosmetic surgery centers were able to create products and services to supposedly “treat” this thing known as “cellulite”.

Dimples and Shadows On Buns, Hips & Thighs?

But the reality is, you can’t treat something which doesn’t exist and therefore, you can’t burn something that doesn’t exist with certain exercises. However, there is something which can be done to address the dimples and shadows on the buns, hips and thighs.

There are exercise which can lift, firm and tone the muscles in those body zones so they gently push outward against the skin; causing the skin to get tighter and smoother as the dimples and shadows fade away.

These are not cellulite-burning exercises (remember, there is nothing to burn). They are specific, multi-dimensional movement which reverse the underlying cause of the bumps, dimples and shadows.

That underlying cause is called ‘muscle atrophy’.

Muscle atrophy is where our muscles get soft mushy and droopy from lack of proper stimulation. When they are in this condition the skin on top has no firm base of support, so it puckers, sags and “dents”. This is the look which earned the name of “cellulite” in the European spas, several decades ago – which then became a misleading noun.

The key is to reverse the muscular atrophy by stimulating those specific lower-body muscles with targeted, multi-dimensional movements, which can be done at home, on the floor or even on a bed.

When these simple exercises are done with proper form, tempo and sequence, the synergy effect wakes up those dormant muscle layers to tone, shape and firm the typical trouble spots of the average woman; even after she’s had a few children.

Once you get the cause reversed, then you’ll be ready for anything; the beach, the pool, you name it…
Ready to the beach
In reality we should be calling them “cellulite reversing exercises; and NOT cellulite-burning exercises.

Why does this approach work?

Here’s why: The female body has 90 muscles from the waist down to the ankles (about 45 per side: left/right). These muscles are of various shapes, sizes and lengths. When atrophied from neglect, they are in a “deflated” state and everything below the waist starts to sag toward the ground.

By properly targeting and stimulating those muscle groups; the fibers expand and become deliciously “inflated”, lifting everything up against gravity and giving sweet and sexy shape to all the lower body trouble zones. When we look at this physiologically it all makes easy sense as this is what is supposed to happen. But, for the average woman who stumbles upon this revelation, it’s like a miracle for her.

“According to physiology experts, women have 90 muscles in the lower-body and by gently stimulating these muscles of the buns, legs, hips and thighs, the average woman can reverse the cause of dimples and shadows to get smooth and toned skin…”
